Police Reports for the week of August 29, 2009

The following are incident and offense reports from the Pelham Police Department from Aug. 17-24:

Aug. 17

-Miscellaneous information from San Francisco, Calif.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of High Hampton Drive. Stolen were a SkyCaddie SG3 Rangefinder valued at $430 and a universal mount valued at $75.

-Harassing communications from Huntley Apartments.

Aug. 18

-Criminal trespass from the 1400 block of Kelly Drive.

-Domestic violence from 312 Southgate Village Mobile Home Park.

-Unexplained lost property from 1304 Huntley Apartment Drive.

-Civil dispute from 208 Stone Circle.

Aug. 19

-Miscellaneous information-discharging of firearm/trafficking in illegal drugs-marijuana approximately 11 pounds from the 3400 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

-Driving under the influence-alcohol and controlled substance from Pelham Parkway at Frontage Road (highway, street)

-Death investigation (hospice) from Judy Circle. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Aaron Road. Stolen were a Husqvarna chain saw valued at $500 and a Stihl weed eater valued at $350.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway. Stolen were six Miller High Life beers valued at $6, a riblet basket, spinach dip and a chicken basket valued at $20.

Aug. 20

-Lost property from Linda Nolen Learning Center (school, college). Listed were 10 Gateway CPUs, nine flat screen monitors, three televisions, six microwaves, two wooden cabinets, a VCR and a DVD, as well as one dye cutter.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial)

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from Chandalar Drive (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Royal Circle. (Suffix 01). Stolen was $21 in currency and a 1st Commercial Bank Visa card.

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Royal Circle. (Suffix 00). Stolen were $33 in currency and a Nextel cell phone valued at $250.

-Harassment from 2128 Pelham Parkway (restaurant).

-Theft of property from the 2500 block of Royal Way. Stolen were a Garmin global positioning system (GPS) valued at $218, a power inverter valued at $50 and a Polaroid DVD player with two monitors valued at $125.

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Royal Circle. Stolen were a Pioneer radio and a CD player valued at $300.

-Civil dispute from the 400 block of Wilderness Road.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Norridge Place.

Aug. 21

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from Pelham Parkway at Keystone Court (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 1900 block of Highway 68.

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from County Road 11/Grey Oaks (highway, street).

-Dog bite from the intersection of County Road 33 and 35 (highway, street).

-Burglary from Overhill Road. (Suffix 01). Stolen was a laptop computer valued at $1,000.

-Burglary from Overhill Road. (Suffix 00). Stolen were a laptop computer valued at $1,000, an iPod listening device valued at $140 and a computer equipment bag containing various cords valued at $100.

-Unlawful receipt of controlled substance (Lortab)/license required to carry pistol from the 2100 block of Valleydale Road, Hoover (parking lot, garage). Recovered were 60 blue tablets believed to be Lortab 10-milligram valued at $420, three pink circular pills believed to be Adderall 5-milligram valued at $15, 33 pink tablets believed to be Lortab 10-milligram valued at $231, five halves of pink tablets believed to be Lortab 10-milligram valued at $11, a half pink circular pill believed to be Adderall 5-miligrm valued at $5, a quarter of an orange circular pill (unknown) and three white with blue flecks tablets believed to be Lortab 7.5-milligram valued at $21.

Aug. 22

-Death investigation hospice from the 4000 block of Saddle Run Circle.

-Giving false information from Pelham Parkway at Commerce Parkway (highway, street).

Aug. 23

-Burglary from Greenpark South. Stolen were two Washburn acoustic guitars, one valued at $350 and one valued at $150.

-Civil dispute from the 1400 block of Highway 33.

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from Interstate 65 at State Park Road (highway, street).

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant).

-Burglary from Highway 361. Stolen were a Magnavox 25-inch color television valued at $100, a Sanyo 19-inch television valued at $75, two Charter cable boxes valued at $500, a digital converter box for cable valued at $80 and two golf clubs valued at $150.

Aug. 24

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were six Kirby Sentria vacuum cleaners valued at $2,295 each. Damaged was a driver’s side window in the amount of $200.

-Harassment from the 1400 block of Kelly Drive.
