The following individuals were arrested and charged by the Pelham Police Department from Oct. 20-26:

Oct. 20
-Dale Edward Graham, 50, Columbiana, expired tag, driving while revoked, driving while revoked.

-Arturo Perez Perez Ramirez, 40, Pelham, driving without a license.

-Gregory Mark Shullek, 60, Alabaster, driving under the influence-influence of alcohol, open container in vehicle, fail to signal.

-Leonard Charles Tolbert, 26, Birmingham, driving without a license.

-Justin Wayne Wideman, 21, Calera, theft of property third degree.

Oct. 21
-Robert Rearden, 41, Pelham, false reporting to law enforcement.

-Keith Marlon Shook, 27, Pelham, failure to appear.

Oct. 22
-Allyson Jameise Coley, 33, Alabaster, block/obstruct intersection.

-David Leyva, 35, Pelham, domestic violence third degree.

-Christina Loveless Martinez, 28, Sylacauga, running red light.

-Martin David Patino Pena, 19, Columbiana, driving without a license.

Oct. 23
-Rachel Jean Bark, 27, Terrytown, La., receiving stolen property.

-Justin Ray Cosby, 34, Fultondale, unlawful possession controlled substance.

-Suzanne Sherman Norris, 66, Hoover, driving under the influence-influence of alcohol.

-Enrique Valazquez-Hernandez, 24, Alabaster, driving without a license, expired tag.

Oct. 24
-Amanda Gail Campbell, 31,Warrior, improper lights. DUI-.08 BAC or greater.

-Ieshia Nechole Fowler, 32, Hoover, disorderly conduct.

-Andrea Martin Ramp, 44, Helena driving under the influence-.08 BAC or greater.

-Kenneth Roland Jr., 39, Birmingham, driving under the influence-influence of alcohol, driving while suspended.

Oct. 25
-Alan Elliott Currie, 40, Ottawa Ontario, Canada, driving under the influence-influence of alcohol.
-James Eric Pilkinton, 30, Calera, driving under the influence-influence of alcohol, liability insurance required.

-Christopher Adam Stanley, 23, Pelham, driving under the influence-.08 BAC or greater, fail to obey traffic control, driving while suspended.

Oct. 26
-Jonathan Dallas Henry, 25, Helena, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, unlawful possession of controlled substance.

-Joshua Vann Allen Vines, 19, Pelham, unlawful possession controlled substance.

-Terry Wayne Waters, 50, Clanton, liability insurance required.

-John Davon Williams, 30, Atlanta, Ga., driving while suspended.
