The following are incident and offense reports from the Pelham Police Department from Nov. 17-23:
Nov. 17
-Criminal mischief from the 1100 block of County Road 35. Damaged in the amount of $300 was the hood of a vehicle.
-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from Pelham Parkway at Meadowview Lane (parking lot, garage).
-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia/outside agency assist (law enforcement) from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 241 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were nine used hypodermic needles valued at $5, a metal spoon valued at $1, an empty pill bottle with a powder residue and two “balls” valued at $5.
Nov. 18
-Theft of property from Wal-Mart, 2181 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen and recovered were assorted clothing valued $213.
-Miscellaneous information from unknown. Recovered was a home video recording.
Nov. 19
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Racquet Club Parkway at Highway 52 East (highway, street). Recovered was a clear Baggie containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $20.
-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Cheshire Lane.
-Theft of property – by deception from the 600 block of Stuart lane (other, unknown). Stolen was $5,000 in U.S. currency.
-Harassment from Pelham High School (school, college).
Nov. 20
-Cruelty to animals from Shine Drive (highway, street).
-Property damage from cul-de-sac of Amanda Place (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Hyundai Elantra.
-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from Stonehaven Trail at Pebble Circle (highway, street).
-Leaving the scene of an accident-occupied from Old Montgomery Highway and Helena Road (highway, street). Damaged was the rear bumper of a 2010 Toyota Yaris in the amount of $500.
Nov. 21
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Wal-Mart Supercenter (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were a prescription bottle containing suspected marijuana -approximately 10 grams valued at $25 and a rolled marijuana cigarette – less than 1 gram valued at $10.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Windsor Lane. Stolen was a semi-automatic stainless Beretta firearm valued at $800.
-Theft of property from McDuff’s Pub, 201 Canyon Park Drive (bar). Stolen was a 1992 Mazda B2200 pickup valued at $6,000.
-Theft of property from the 300 block of Huntley Parkway (supermarket). Listed was a 7.61-pound whole tenderloin valued at $91.
Nov. 22
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/public intoxication from Sommersby Circle. Confiscated, seized were a plastic bag containing approximately 5 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $25 and a wooden box containing a pipe and a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $10.
-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Recovered were 15 movie DVDs valued at $312.
-Death investigation-hospice from 544 Crosscreek Trail. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/ICE Detainer from Pelham Parkway at Mi Pueblo grocery store (highway, street). Recovered were four white oblong pills scored M358 suspected Hydrocodone valued at $60, a white oblong pill scored M360 suspected Hydrocodone valued at $15, a beaded gang necklace valued at $20, a cloth gang belt valued at $10 and a Lexar digital video card valued at $10.
Nov. 23
-Stolen vehicle recovery from 120 Heather Lane (highway, street). Recovered was a 2007 Nissan Altima valued at $12,000.
