The following are incident and offense reports from the Pelham Police Department from Aug. 14-23:
-Property damage/vehicle from Wal-Mart Pelham parking lot. Damaged was a 2008 Honda Accord in the amount of $500.
-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Highway 11 near Lakeview Methodist Church (highway, street).
-Theft of property from 206 Oak Mountain Circle (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an Alabama motorcycle license valued at $13.
-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Cahaba Valley Road at The Store (highway, street).
-Theft of property from a business at the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were 12 Neosporin Ointments valued at $92, three Cortizone 10 Crème valued at $15 and three Tyson Dice Chicken Stir Fry valued at $21.
-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Oak Mountain Drive (commercial). Stolen was a 2001 16-foot open trailer valued at $1,500.
-Unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from a business at the 9200 block of Helena Road (service, gas station). Stolen was a Motorola Backflip cell phone valued at $250.
-Theft of services from 2501 Meadowview Drive (other, unknown). Stolen were medical services valued at $125.
-Theft of property from the parking lot of Oak Mountain State Park lake area. Stolen were a Mexican Consular ID card, a Mexican passport, a Social Security card, an EBT food stamp debit card, a Medicaid card, a purse valued at $180 and a wallet valued at $220.
-Criminal mischief from the Pelham Police Department, 3174 Church St. (jail, prison). Damaged was a jail cell No. 1-D video surveillance camera.
-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Mitoba Trail (highway, street).
-Death investigation – hospice from the 1800 block of Chanbury Circle.
-Miscellaneous information from 234 Beaver Creek Parkway.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia/improper lane usage from Cummings Street and Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were two glass pipes containing ashes that smelled like burned marijuana valued at $20.
-Public intoxication from 3018 Pelham Parkway (specialty store).
-Outside agency assist-ICE detainer from Pelham Parkway/350 Belle Vista (highway, street).
-Damaged property-vehicle from the 2500 block of Panther Circle (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2002 Mazda Protégé driver’s side rear quarter panel and tail light.
-Theft of property from undisclosed. Stolen was Tag Heuer watch valued at $3,000.
-Leaving the scene of traffic accident-unoccupied from 350 Belle Vista, Lot 165 (other, unknown). Damaged were a rear bumper, tail light and tailgate on a 1998 Nissan Frontier in the amount of $1,000.
-Recovery of stolen vehicle from the northbound entrance ramp of Interstate 65 at Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Recovered was a 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe valued at $5,000.
-Switched tag/violation of municipal ordinance from Interstate 65 North at Exit 246 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was an Alabama license plate.
-Miscellaneous information from the 1800 block of Trail Ridge Drive.
-Domestic violence from Stoneykirk Road.
-Theft of property from Wal-mart, 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were items valued at $58.
-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Valleydale Terrace (highway, street).
-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Interstate 65 southbound near exit 242 (highway, street).
-Theft of property from 500 Amphitheater Road (other, unknown). Stolen were an Alabama driver’s license valued at $23 and $47 in U.S. currency.
-License required to conceal pistol (vehicle) from Interstate 65 near mile marker 244 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a Dan Wesson Arms .357 revolver valued at $200.
-Driving under the influence of alcohol/public intoxication from Pelham Parkway (highway, street).
-Identity theft form unknown locations.
-Domestic violence from 1408 Huntley Apartments.
-Property damage-vehicle from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the rear bumper of a 2004 Nissan Pathfinder (scratched).
-Death investigation from the 1200 building of Huntley Apartments.
-Driving under the influence-alcohol from Morgan Park Drive and Little Mountain Apartments (highway, street).
-Theft of property from the 200 block of High Ridge Drive. Stolen was a 1-carat diamond ring valued at $6,200.
-Property damage from unknown. Damaged was a 2005 BMW X5 front grill and radiator.
-Burglary from 40 Commerce Drive, Suite H (commercial). Stolen was a 1999 Ford F-350 valued at $10,000.
-Miscellaneous information from the 600 block of Crosscreek Trail.
-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from Lee Street at Cole Hall (highway, street).
-Theft of property from 524 Rolling Hills Drive, Chelsea. Stolen was a 2007 C & W 5 by 12 utility trailer valued at $350.
-Theft of property/receiving stolen property from the 2100 block of Old Montgomery Highway (commercial). Stolen and recovered were six cases of Black & Mild cigars valued at $5,580.
-Property damage from the 2500 block of Panther Circle (school, college). Damaged was a front passenger panel on a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix.
