Jan. 26
-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were Sutter Home wine bottles valued at $7.
Jan. 27
-Sex offender registration – quarterly from the Pelham Police Department (government, public building).
Jan. 29
-Civil dispute from the 2000 block of Little Mountain Apartments (residence, home).
Jan. 30
-Theft of property from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen were hydrocodone tablets and Frova medication packets.
-Miscellaneous information from an unknown location (other, unknown).
-Theft of property from the Publix at 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were three packages of meat valued at $63.
-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the Walmart Supercenter at 2181 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was $170 in U.S. currency.
Jan. 31
-Domestic violence – assault from the 300 block of Southgate Estates (residence, home).
-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Interstate 65 at Valleydale Road (highway, street).
-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from the Shelby County Services building (government, public building).
-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were four frappucino drinks valued at $6.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 300 block of Southgate Estates (residence, home). Recovered was suspected marijuana valued at $25.
Feb. 1
-Fleeing or attempting to flee a law enforcement officer from Lee Street near County Road 52 West (highway, street).
-Driving under the influence from Pelham Parkway near Metro mini storage (highway, street).
-Violation of municipal ordinance – dog barking from the 400 block of Holland Lakes Drive (residence, home).
-Theft of property from an unknown location. Stolen were $4,800 in membership dues and $525 in U.S. currency.
-Property damage from Pelham Parkway near Helena Road (highway, street). Damaged was the front bumper of a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the amount of $500.
-Discharge of firearms from the 10 block of Dogwood Circle (residence, home).
-Burglary from the 100 block of Hidden Creek Circle (residence, home). Stolen were an eMachine laptop computer valued at $450, an LG cell phone valued at $200 and a Pandigital Android tablet valued at $150.
Feb. 2
-Violation of municipal ordinance – dogs not to be at large from the 400 block of Holland Lakes Drive (highway, street).
-Unexplained lost property from the 100 block of Braxton Way (other, unknown). Reported missing was a billfold valued at $15, $57 in U.S. currency, a Social Security card, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, assorted personal cards and assorted credit cards.
Feb. 3
-Sex offender registration – quarterly from Pelham (residence, home).
-Stolen vehicle recovery from Green Valley Realty at 2177 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a vehicle valued at $10,000.
-Property damage – motor vehicle from 2181 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the front, driver-side quarter panel of a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant.
-Theft of services from Hilltop Business Center Drive (service, gas station). Stolen was Castrol motor oil valued at $6.
Feb. 4
-Giving a false name or address to law enforcement and outside agency assist – law enforcement from 15 Deer Springs Circle (residence, home).
-Property damage – vehicle from the Riverbrook Plaza parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2008 Toyota Camry in the amount of $728.
-Theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card from the Walmart at 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were a Household Bank Mastercard and a Capital One Mastercard.
-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Pelham Parkway at Industrial Park Drive (highway, street).
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Southgate Drive (restaurant). Damaged was a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado.
Feb. 5
-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from 2181 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage).
-Property damage from the 600 block of Overhill Lane (highway, street). Damaged was a vehicle rear window in the amount of $300.
-Missing person – juvenile from the 300 block of Deer Ridge Lane (residence, home).
