The following are incident and offense reports from the Pelham Police Department from March 30 and April 12-22:

March 30

-Damage to city property from Interstate 65 at the 229 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2011 Chevrolet 1500 in the amount of $1,300.

 

April 12

-Sex offender registration – quarterly from King Valley Drive (residence, home).

 

April 13

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Stonehaven Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a leather purse valued at $150, a Regions Bank credit card and $5 in U.S. currency.

 

April 16

-Foreign felony arrest from the 3400 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street).

-Death investigation from the 300 block of High Ridge Court (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 2000 block of Richmond Lane (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the Walmart at 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were five cases of Bud Light and Budweiser beer valued at $100 and a case of Bounty paper towels valued at $13.

-Theft of property from the Walmart at 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were four cases of Bud Light and Budweiser beer valued at $80.

-Theft of lost property from the Pelham Library at 3170 Pelham Parkway (government, public building). Stolen was #1,100 in U.S. currency, an iPhone valued at $300, a Medicare identification card and a checkbook from Colonial Bank.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of McCain Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a 2003 Nissan Altima valued at $5,000.

 

April 17

-Theft of property from the Walmart at 2181 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen were five cases of Budweiser beer valued at $97.

-Property damage from Helena Road near Aaron Road (highway, street). Damaged was a telephone junction box in the amount of $500.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Hayesbury Court (residence, home). Damaged was a kitchen window and stolen were rectangular jewelry boxes valued at $50, a clear cylinder glass jar valued at $15, $40 in U.S. currency, a topaz ring valued at $100 and miscellaneous jewelry valued at $100.

 

April 18

-Criminal mischief from the Birmingham South Campground (residence, home). Damaged was the front end of a camper in the amount of $50.

-Unexplained lost property from the Courtyard Mariott in Atlanta (hotel, motel). Reported missing were hydrocodone tablets.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from 1018 County Services Drive (government, public building).

-Miscellaneous information from the Exxon Service Station in Elnont, N.Y. (service, gas station).

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 100 block of Pintail Drive (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information from Houston Drive (other, unknown).

 

April 19

-Theft of property and criminal trespassing from the Walmart at 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were Tostidos valued at $3, blueberry muffins valued at $3, pizza rolls valued at $12, a JD sandwich valued at $5, a case of Natural Light valued at $17, a Pop Tart valued at $4 and Dr. Pepper valued at $4.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Greenpark South (residence, home).

-Theft of property and recovery of stolen property from the 1800 block of Trail Ridge Drive (residence, home). Stolen and recovered was a 1998 Honda Civic valued at $2,500.

-Theft of lost property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen were a ladies handbag valued at $25, a BB&T Visa credit card valued at $1, a ladies’ wallet valued at $20, $140 in U.S. currency and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $19.

-Miscellaneous information from California and Texas – unknown locations (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from Deer Springs Circle (residence, home). Stolen was hydrocodone.

 

April 20

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Valleydale Road at Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was a metal socket pipe valued at $2.

-Property damage – vehicle from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a muffler of a 1999 Mustang Cobra in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property from Servpro (specialty store). Stolen were a Dell Latitude valued at $800 and an Apple iPhone valued at $400.

-Theft of property from the Walmart at 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was a Vizio 32-inch HDTV valued at $278.

 

April 21

-Theft of property and license required to carry a pistol (supermarket). Stolen and recovered was a Vizio LCD TV valued at $278 and confiscated was a SMC .380-caliber pistol and 12 .380-caliber bullets.

-Criminal mischief from the 4600 block of Burning Tree Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a rear passenger window of a black Ford Expedition in the amount of $200.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Helena Road at Sunny Foods (service, gas station).

-Miscellaneous information from the 250 block of MaCalin Drive (highway, street).

-Theft of property second degree from Comfort Suites (hotel, motel). Stolen were an Acer Iconia tablet computer valued at $750 and a black case valued at $50.

-Lost property from the 1000 block of Amphitheater Road (other, unknown). Reported missing was an HTC Sensation touch screen cell phone valued at $400.

 

April 22

-Theft of property from 2500 Highway 52 East (convenience store). Stolen were a hat valued at $20, earrings valued at $20 and lighters valued at $4.

-Alabama taxpayer and citizen protection act and harassing communications from Pelham Parkway at Bowling Lane (highway, street).
