Police reports for the week of August 4, 2012

The following are incident and offense reports from the Pelham Police Department from July 13-22:

 

July 13

-Home repair fraud from Silverleaf Drive (residence, home). Stolen was $4.272 in U.S. currency.

 

July 16

-Obstruction of justice by using a false identity and unlawful possession of marijuana from 2738 Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated was a manilla envelope containing suspected marijuana seeds and four small suspected marijuana cigarettes valued at $1.

-Miscellaneous information from Cambrian Ridge Trail (residence, home).

-Violation of municipal ordinance – dogs not to be at large from the 200 block of Hidden Creek Parkway (residence, home).

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were a Playstation 3 Bluetooth device valued at $50 and 13 Playstation 3 and 360 video games valued at $260.

 

July 17

-Selling cigarettes to minors from Jet Pep No. 9 at 2310 Pelham Parkway (convenience store). Confiscated were a pack of Marlboro cigarettes valued at $5.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Silverleaf Circle (residence, home).

-Domestic violence from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Bishop Circle (hotel, motel). Stolen was $894 in U.S. currency.

 

July 18

-Found property from the 2500 block of Chandawood lane (residence, home). Recovered was an Alabama driver’s license.

-Accumulations unlawful from the 3400 block of Indian Lake Circle (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 2500 block of Panther Circle (field, woods). Damaged was a soccer field.

 

July 19

-Property damage from 2615 Pelham Parkway Suite D (commercial). Damaged were the corner of a commercial building and a 2006 Toyota Prius.

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were miscellaneous consumable items valued at $520.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Camelia Drive (residence, home). Stolen were alprazolam tablets valued at $20.

-Theft of property from 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were tenderloin steaks valued at $92.

-Miscellaneous information from Indian Hills Road (residence, home). Stolen was a BP Visa card transaction in the amount of $1,028.

-Criminal trespass and criminal littering from 1000 Oak Mountain Park Road (field, woods).

 

July 20

-Theft of property from 60 Driver’s Way (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an HTC Thunderbolt valued at $100.

-Criminal trespass from Oak Mountain Park Road (field, woods).

-Harassment from 2679 Pelham Parkway (specialty store).

-Property damage – vehicle from Interstate 65 North just south of Exit 242 (highway, street). Damaged was a front bumper in the amount of $1,000.

-Property damage – vehicle from 2100 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Damaged was a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica in the amount of $500.

 

July 21

-Miscellaneous information from the 1000 block of Amphitheater Road (other, unknown).

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Damaged were front and rear doors in the amount of $1,000.

-Domestic violence from the 2700 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home).

-Property damage from Highway 52 at the Interstate 65 northbound entrance (highway, street). Damaged was a passenger side rear quarter panel in the amount of $350.

-Civil dispute from the 7000 block of Cahaba Manor Lane (residence, home).

 

July 22

-Criminal mischief from Breco Industries at 1 Breco Industrial Park (commercial). Damaged was a glass front door in the amount of $300.

-Theft of property and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 2000 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Confiscated were 2.7 grams of marijuana valued at $20 and recovered were a pack of Trojan condoms valued at $7, miscellaneous Mabeline makeup valued at $7, a box of Kotex U tampons valued at $7, two boxes of Venus razor cartridges valued at $31 and four boxes of Sally Hanson nail strips valued at $34.
